Weekend Outing

We went downtown and watched the Cable Cars turn around. We'll try to return on a day without big crowds so we can ride, too.

After a couple days of awaking to Ellen's head peering over the side of the co-sleeper, we had to change to a crib to contain our roll-y girl. Health professionals, plug your ears here: she has also taken to sleeping on her stomach when we're not watching. I wake up, roll her back over to her back, and then wake up again to find her back on her stomach.

Newly Added Decor

Check out this new piece of furniture! Yes, it's big and doesn't exactly match the rest of the room, but it has already provided plenty of family entertainment. Tonight at dinner, when I lay Ellen down on a playmat instead, Marcus said, "Put her in the jumperoo--I can't see her there." We have photos with her smiling, but they're all blurry due to vigorous jumping.

East Coast Visit

Our friends from the Boston area were in town for the week. We're hoping they move back to CA soon so everyone (parents and kids) can play together more often.
