Yard Work

We're doing some front yard planting while the soil is wet. You can see the mud "house" Marcus built a house for the worms we found!

Happy Birthday, Johan!

We celebrated with Johan's mom's cake recipe. We tried to get the kids to taste it, but they both refused???

However, Ellen thoroughly enjoyed her pasta and hot dogs.

Valentine's Day with the Family

We started at the (very wet) park this morning, where Ellen was more interested in Marcus's scooter than he was.

Here's the little one helping Pappa. "Pappa" is her second word that she uses with intention--the first one was "book"... a girl after her parents' hearts!

Saturday with Nana

Nana's whole family was sick, so she joined Marcus and I for a day at Golden Gate park and then the zoo.

Beautiful Weather

Although Marcus is not the most likely candidate for a skateboard, he loves it!

The past few weeks have been warm and beautiful, which has meant lots of time for outdoor play.
